Fachstelle Geoinformation Süd: Improved Waterway Management for the Danube
SAG's Center für Geoinformationstechnologie has been commissioned by the Fachstelle Geoinformation Süd (FGS) with the integration available national geographic data stock along the Danube into the superordinated D4D system. The goal of the project is the creation of a uniform standard for the exchange of data and the creation of digital waterway charts of the Danube. The adhering to a European standard is of particular importance with regard to heterogeneous data stocks.
