During construction of electrical systems in power stations and industrial plants, several hundred kilometres of cable and lines usually have to be routed. We employ the IT-aided cable management system REKAP. We guarantee orderly cable routing through planning the cable route with REKAP. The assembly progress can be documented transparently and seamlessly at any time.
- CAD cable route planning with
- Auto CAD
- Microstation
- Cable path planning of complex systems
- detailled implementation planning for tray assembly, cable laying and connections
- Implementation-related project progress reports
- IT-aided documentation
- REKAP, which we developed, is a system proven in practice in its depth and
complexity
- Savings potential through optimized cable path planning
- Early recognition of tray overcrowding, thus avoiding costly retrofitting
- Optimal material reserve and reduction of the wastage through constant quantity
monitoring
- With REKAP the assembly processes are optimized and thus costs reduced.
- With REKAP the cable paths are documented in the course of the construction, which
has a great advantage for later modifications, extensions or, in case of damage by fire
for example.
