Explanation of data protection

You can normally call up all Internet pages of SAG GmbH without giving information about your person. If your name, address or personal data is required in individual cases you will be notified of this beforehand. Your person-related usage will only be used in as far as it makes it possible to make the service of SAG GmbH as comfortable as possible and improve it for you.
If you decide to send SAG GmbH personal data over the Internet so that e.g. correspondence can be dealt with or an order can be carried out then this data will be handled carefully according to the stringent regulations of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG).
Through the call-up of the Internet pages, SAG GmbH receives usage data which is stored for backup purposes and possibly allow an identification (for example IP address, date, time and viewed pages). This data is evaluated by SAG GmbH to get to know the user behaviour and to draw up statistics. Here all measures of the high security standards of the Teledienstedatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG) and the Datenschutzverordnung fr Telekommunikationsunternehmen (TDSV) will be observed. If data should be passed on to a service provider for contract data processing then it will be bound by the BDSG, other legal regulations and contractually to the privacy policy of SAG GmbH. In as far as SAG GmbH is legally or per court order obliged it will pass on your data in the requested scope to the authorised parties.
SAG GmbH will not pass on your data to third parties for other purposes without your written consent.

Security

SAG GmbH saves your data on specially protected servers in Germany. Access to these is only possible for a few persons, authorised by SAG GmbH, who are entrusted with the technical, business or editorial supervision of these servers.

Right of retraction

If you request SAG GmbH not to use your person-related data for further contact and/or to delete it then this will take place. Data that is absolutely necessary for order processing or for business purposes are not affected by a cancellation or deletion.
Please have understanding for the fact that, in the case of a retraction, the personalised service can no longer be performed because it is based on the use of customer data.

Use of Cookies

Text information is collected in cookies during an online session and stored in a special file in ASCII format (cookie.txt) on the user's hard disk. Where the cookie is stored for the user is controlled by the user's WWW browser. Cookies are information, which is sent back to the server on the next online visit. They can only be read by the respective server that previously stored them.
SAG GmbH only uses cookies when they are absolutely required for the user function or to make the navigation of the web site easier. The information is not made available to any third parties because cookies can only be used for the purposes above.
Most browsers are setup so that they automatically accept cookies. However this function can be deactivated in the browser at any time. You can set your browser so that it informs you as soon as cookies are sent.

Links to other web sites

The SAG GmbH web pages may contain links to other web sites. SAG GmbH has no influence on the editorial contents of external web sites and that their operators adhere to the data protection regulations.

Advertising

The SAG GmbH web pages do not usually contain advertising. In the contrary case the delivery of the advertising from an external advertising server. Data acquired in conjunction with online advertising (AdImpressions, AdKlicks) serve exclusively for statistical evaluation and for the creation of reports for advertising customers. No person-related data is used for this.
